Verified Professionals
Every service provider on Welp undergoes a multi-step verification process. We check business registrations, trade licenses, and identity documents to ensure you are inviting trusted experts into your home.
Direct Payments
You pay providers directly via Bank of Maldives transfer or cash. Please upload your payment receipts within the app for service providers to verify and confirm the transaction.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Our support team investigates every report and will permanently ban users or providers who violate our community standards.
Data Privacy
Your personal contact details are masked where possible. We only share necessary location and job details with the provider you hire. Your data remains yours.
See something suspicious?
If a provider behaves unprofessionally, or if a listing looks fake, let us know immediately. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
In an Emergency
Contact local emergency services (119 for Police, 118 for Ambulance) immediately if you are in danger.
Move to a safe location away from the provider.
Contact Welp Support via the 'Emergency' line in the app for immediate assistance regarding the service booking.
